Launching Skillful AID: Empowering Creative Entrepreneurs and Sustainable Microbusinesses

The official launch of the Skilful AID initiative aims to assist innovative entrepreneurs and microbusinesses, emphasising sustainability, business resilience, and digital literacy. This project, co-funded by the European Union, brings together partners from Portugal and Romania to provide creative workers, particularly those in rural areas, with innovative training and education, empowering them.
Skilful AID provides useful, high-quality tools and resources for artisans, designers, and small-scale manufacturers in response to the mounting challenges facing the creative sector as a result of the digital revolution and shifting market dynamics. The project is dedicated to creating an equitable and sustainable business environment by tackling digital inequalities and skills gaps.
The main goals of Skilful AID are to:
- Provide ten adult educators with tactics to encourage digital preparation and company sustainability.
- Teach 45 innovative business owners the fundamentals of digital and entrepreneurial skills.
- To increase the effect and promote cooperation, share project outcomes with more than 100 stakeholders.
What the initiative offers:
- Online educational resources, such as a comprehensive e-book for innovative microbusinesses, motivational video success stories, and bite-sized learning content.
- Capacity building for educators: To increase the instructional reach, “train the trainer” workshops and pilot projects are being held both nationally and internationally.
- Encouraging microbusinesses: Offering business resiliency and digital marketing training, as well as networking and mentoring possibilities.
